Our services fall into four broad categories: (i) 3D printing services, (ii) preparation of budgetary estimates for the manufacture of your product (iii) before-sale services and (iv) after-sale services.
(i) 3D printing services of any kind
(ii) If you want to manufacture a plastic product and need to know how much it will cost to produce it, don’t worry. We will do a FREE budgetary estimate for you.
(iii) If you commit to purchase a piece of machinery from us, we will offer FREE application assistance and finance advice.
(iv) After you buy the equipment, you can count on our post-sale support services. They consist mainly of installation and startup services, personnel training, and equipment servicing during production.

Free Finance Advice
Once the PO has been issued, we will work with you to explore and select the most advantageous way to finance the equipment purchase. We will also connect you with people in our network who can best help you. Finance options include:
- Traditional bank business loans
- Loans or loan guarantees from Business Development Bank of Canada
- Financing through Canada Small Business programs
- Financing through private lending companies
- Leasing
- Provincial or federal government grants
Installation and Startup
Depending on your specific needs, we can assist you during machine installation and startup stage. Typically such services consist of:
- Removal of old equipment and site preparation
- Transportation and rigging of the new machine
- Installation of electrical, air, water supply and discharge services
- Machine startup together with vendor's site technicians
- Trial production runs
Personnel Training
Personnel training is one of those activities absolutely critical to the rapid achievement of your project objectives. This is what we can do for you:
- Evaluation of the current proficiency level of machine operators and support technicians
- Preparation and submission of a customized training program, including budget
- Application for government grants supporting human capital formation
- Implementation of the training program including classes and hands-on instruction
- Monitoring of personnel proficiency
Equipment Service
We offer one of the best technical support and equipment servicing programs in the industry. When your machine stops for whatever reason, we’re just a phone call away:
- Remote diagnostics and trobleshooting
- Instant connection to the manufacturer's technical support center (if available)
- Service tech and parts on site as soon as possible
- Machine startup and monitoring
- Preventive maintenance
